PCEx operates daily nationwide dispatches through our network of FlexHubs.

 
✔ Shipments received before 12:00 NN are processed and dispatched the same day.

 

 ✔ Shipments received after the cut-off (12:00 NN)  will be scheduled for the next available trip.

Yes! PCEx now offers Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services for eligible parcels. This is ideal for businesses that need flexible payment collection. COD service availability may vary by location. Contact us to confirm activation in your area.

Customers will receive an SMS or email notification once their shipment has arrived at the designated

FlexHub. The notification will include:

✔ Pick-up location

✔ Tracking number

✔ Allowed pick-up time

Recipients should claim their shipment within three

(3) days to avoid storage fees.

Please review all shipping information carefully before booking.
If there’s an error:

✔ Before dispatch: Contact PCEx immediately for corrections.
✔ After dispatch: Corrections may require re-routing and additional fees.

To avoid delays, always double-check recipient name, contact number, and address before finalizing your

booking.

Yes, you can track your shipment using the tracking tool on the PCEx website. Enter your tracking number to see real-time and live updates on your parcel’s location and delivery status.

Shipment cancellations are only allowed before the package is dispatched.
To request cancellation:

✔ Contact PCEx support immediately for processing.
✔ If the shipment has already been dispatched, the transaction cannot be canceled, and standard shipping fees will apply.
✔ If the shipment is already in transit, return-to-sender fees may be applicable.

 

PCEx follows a fixed nationwide dispatch schedule to ensure efficiency. While we do not offer specific time slots, you can monitor your shipment’s estimated arrival via tracking and plan accordingly with your local FlexHub.

Yes, a representative may pick up the shipment, provided they present the following:

✔ A valid government-issued ID matching the recipient’s name

✔ The shipment tracking number or notification from PCEx

✔ An authorization letter signed by the recipient

For added security, the FlexHub Operator may contact the registered recipient for verification before releasing the package.

Yes. Customers may self-package using materials purchased from the FlexHub or request full assistance for a small service fee.
FlexHub Operators can assist with proper packing, but final responsibility rests with the sender.
For fragile or high-value shipments, we highly recommend using professional packaging to ensure safe transit.

PCEx offers the following payment options:

✔ Cash payments – Accepted at all PCEx FlexHubs

✔ Bank transfers – Online & over-the-counter deposits

✔ E-wallets – GCash, PayMaya, and other digital payment platforms (coming soon)
✔ Online payments – Available through the PCEx website (coming soon)


All payments must be completed before dispatch to avoid delays.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your official invoice is automatically emailed to your registered email address.
  • If not received within 24 hours, check your spam/junk folder or contact PCEx support.

If payment is not completed before the cut-off time:

  • Your shipment will be moved to the next dispatch schedule
  • You’ll receive an automated reminder via SMS/email
  • If unpaid within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled, requiring rebooking.
